Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervisor as Leading Petty Officer.  Managed staff in all aspects local area network, server and desktop support.Performed repair and maintenance on a wide array of electronics such as; surface and air search radar, global positioning systems, satellite communications, Intel based PC server and hardware and Xerox copiers.

Special Training and Experience:

Tactical Advanced Computer (TAC-n) Maintenance Technician:

Performs organizational level maintenance on various tactical computers (DTC-2, TAC-3, TAC-4, TAC-n) to include maintenance of routers, printers, plotters, converters, local area networks, uninterruptible power supplies, and fiber optic repair.

Performs systems operational checks and measurements, performance and confidence test and inspection and repair of cables and connectors.


Instructor:

Directs teaching/learning activities in schools, training centers and selected reserve units.  Writes learning objectives prepares, test items, evaluates instructional materials and the results of instruction. Counsels students on academic learning problems.
